Variety announces the Check It Indiegogo campaign

Variety announced the Indiegogo campaign for the documentary ‘Check It’ in an article by Dave McNary. Check It, directed by Dana Flor and Toby Oppenheimer, follows a gang of gay and transgendered African American youth struggling to survive in one of Washington D.C’s toughest neighborhoods. Members of Check It are tired of the violent life they’ve been forced to lead, and are trying to breakout of this cycle by establishing their own fashion line.
